I've been writing about New England USA for decades. I wrote the first three editions of Frommer's New England, and the first three editions of Lonely Planet New England. During the time I was the sole or principal author of those guidebooks, I always wanted to also write a book on New England's vineyards. All that was before the Internet and the World Wide Web. Websites are the new books, so I can finally realize my dream of introducing the world to New England wines and vineyards, and helping visitors to enjoy these products and places.
